Help with what to buy on a tight budget

Im on a but of a tight budget of £150 or under and out of my depth little with options.

I have no preference for the form factor whether its amp or multi fx board form as will 90% use headphones anyway 

But what i like to play is ambient swells looped and then playing over that with a clean tone with a hint of gain.

What devices are good both new and used and what is recommended?

I have the GP200X and aside from having more footswitches and additional dedicated knobs to easily tweak amp vol, gain & EQ, the GP200JR has pretty much all the same stuff, great sounding, loads of fx, cabs & amps, and it's easy to use with module buttons, it has a drum machine, a pretty decent looper & built in expression pedal, plus you can not only import IR's but with the latest firmware, NAMs too.
