Sat surfing the net and watching "School of Rock" with the grandkids. Andertons have the Hils HN3 for £399 including a free gift of the Positive Grid Spark NEO CORE Wired Smart Guitar Headphone Amp. Had a few loyalty points and ended up paying just over £360 inc free delivery. Arriving Wednesday. Seriously considered another Strandberg but after seeing some of the posts in this thread and reading reviews of the Hils I couldn't justify the outlay.
    How did you find it?

Just revisiting the headless thread... I see Peach have some new Corts around the £600 mark, they look quite good.  Very much in Strandberg territory - stainless frets, HH hardtail multiscale or HSH trem.  They're even claiming to have an "ergonomic neck profile" although it looks pretty normal to me.

i am def interested in headless guitars especially the strandberg ones but they are too expensive for me and nowhere near me to try one either. those cort guitars above look good i have to say especially the trem one.

Probably the Strandbergs are made in the Cort factory, too  :3

Even the gig bags look like the one I got with my essential.
I think part of the whole package though is the Endurneck design. It’s been a revelation to me and worth the price of the essential model price over others in my opinion.

I think that's exactly where they're made.  I was looking at the hardware to see if it's the same, but it's not.

Phillip McKnight did a video from the Cort factory and I think whilst Strandbergs are made there, they’re made in their own building ?

I took a punt on a Hils HN6 in Andertons black Friday sale. The only other headless guitar I've played is a Steinberger Spirit that I bought about 25 years ago. Never tried Strandberg, Keisel or Cort.
The Hils was a very pleasant surprise. It's light, ergonomic and sounds superb. It's the higher end model with ss frets, ebony fingerboard and Fishman Fluence pickups. Very pleased with it.
