As part of a bit of a cupboard clear out, here is a Kenton MIDI Thru 5 in the original box with original power supply and instruction sheet. 

It fits underneath the pedalboard and improves your MIDI cabling routing and latency. The idea is your MIDI cables go straight to your pedals instead of the signal going into the first pedal, being decoded and then resent out to the next pedal, etc., etc. I far prefer it to daisy chaining cables. 

Size is approx 95mm x 50mm x 35mm and it weighs less than 250g. There's one input socket and five output sockets for MIDI-connected pedals. Power is 9V DC, centre-positive. I used an output from a CIOKS with a suitable adapter rather than the supplied PSU, and the unit has velcro on the base. There are some scratches on the case, but it works fine.
