Hello All

Lee suggested that I put up a thread for this year's show. So here it is.

It feels like I say this every year, but this year really is the biggest one yet. If you have been there before, you may not have been aware that the electric hall had a false wall around it; this has now been removed, allowing for a few more stands.

The Lark Music Live Stage lineup is very nearly complete. I've already posted a few of the artists on the website and social media. I think I have a good split of guitar and bass slots.

I've changed to Eventbrite for the advanced ticket sales. They were much cheaper than last year's AXS, and the back end is far more flexible. Also, you can change the day of your ticket yourself if plans change.

If you have any questions about the show, please ask.

    That’s a LOT of exhibitors.

I may just have to shift my lazy arse across to Brum-ish.
Having trouble posting images here?  This might help.

I don’t know when Jason first started the Brum show, at The New Bingley Hall, but I’ve been to every show- This will be my first show I won’t be there - Best wishes to Jason for 2026 and beyond and hope to catch up another year

Son and I will definitely be making the trip. Will pick a day based on what’s on the live stage.
    Red ones are better.

Myself and a couple of chums will take the perilous road from Stirling to Birminghamland again. Both days, and our traditional Miller&Carter steakout too. Unless there are any other steakhouses to be recommended?
Seem to be a few new faces on the exhibitor list as well.

I noticed on Maps a steakhouse in Shirley (so not far from the show). One of those place where you can have your steak wrapped in gold leaf. Just £125 for a sharing steak in gold. Or just £45 for a gold leaf Angus burger.
Having never been in a steak house in my life I don’t really know if this is normal. But it’s there.

I didn’t go to the show last year. I have really loved some of the live stage stuff in the past so I’ll have to see if anything tempts me.

Tipton is a small fishing village in the borough of Sandwell.

I went to a couple of the shows at the old (sadly defunct) place and one at Cranmore Park.
The issue for me was parking; not great doing a 2hr+ drive to get there and then sit in a queue waiting for a space.
Is there going to be adequate parking?

At the new venue each time I’ve arrived I’ve been very efficiently marshalled to overflow parking (once a street or 2 away, more recently to some overflow they negotiated use of on the same industrial estate - so no different really than being at the other end of a very big car park.

The parking is good, not great. I get that, but it is free, as are all the roads around the venue.

There are no better options for a venue. The NEC is the most logical, but parking is now £20 a day, and your ticket price would have to be north of £50 to make it financially viable.

As others have said, the marshalls are great, and the rest of the industrial estate seems happy to loan out their parking to Cranmore for the weekend.

Up until yesterday, I would have had you down for the biggest distance travelled (thank you!), but I got an email from Iceland asking about tickets. That is some serious commitment to guitar shows.

If you fancy a total meat overload, try here. I couldn't move for days, it was brilliant.

I think I first ran a show at TNBH in 2011, a very long time ago. Sorry you won't be there, hopefully see you soon.

I'd just like to point out that Norfolk is about 50 years away.

Yup.  Travel to Nuffuk is always measured in time, not distance.  Usually light years.  And always going backwards.
Freedom's just another word for nothing left to lose

May I ask - if purchasing a ticket for the saturday, is it still the case that returning on sunday will be at a reduced rate? And do we just pay at the door for the sunday?
    Cheer, Adam.

    Hi Adam

You can now buy a discounted weekend ticket via Eventbrite.

I am genuinely surprised by how many I've sold
