I remember being pretty impressed with them. Only annoyance was the very heavy connecting cable between them. Maybe something new and better now days tho

I’ve just bought a pair in white, to sit on my little desk. Connected to my iPad for YouTube and online music lessons they are excellent. Work really well as tiny nearfield speakers. The connecting cable is still ridiculously heavy but I run it under the desk so it’s not a problem.
Recommended, with the caveat that I’ve not actually compared them to anything else. (Except, on reflection, the Aux input on my Yamaha THR10 sounds pretty good and comes with a built in guitar amp.)

^ IMHO they're a lot better than my THR30 for listening to music.

@Hootsmon - I'm happy with mine. There's one short moment of power supply whine, but it's acoustic only (i.e. not through the actual drivers) and just for the first 5s after switching them on.

They are amazing for their size.  I use them on my PC for recording,  gaming and listening to music. The bass response for such tiny speakers is great.  I'm very impressed by them.

    Me too.

The sound that comes out of them is very impressive, particularly given the fact they're genuinely tiny.

Will be perfect for Youtube and entry level DAW stuff in my opinion.

I had a set, they sounded good but broke and ended up beyond economical repair.  Mainly because IK wanted me to pay to send them to Italy for repair, rather than send me a replacement tweeter.

The DIN connector also broke because of the large cable and sub standard plastic connector, but I could have repaired that.

I now have Kali LP UNF, which if the bigger size doesn't bother you (they are still small, just not iloud small), are a better proposition.

The Ilouds were really handy as portable monitors, and they sound great for the size, but the Kali's are more accurate and supposed to have really good customer servive, although I have never needed to deal with them.

I’ve got a lovely set of Adam Audio T5V monitors that needs a new home.
    However, small they are not.
    Happy to trade for gear.
