I don’t like quiches  apart from mini party ones , the sloppy stuff to pastry ratio is about right on them.  I do love an egg custard though.

A good egg custard is one of the great joys in life. I was once chucked out of a pub in Newton Abbott for eating one.

Seems a bit harsh , funny place though Newton Abbot  especially on Market day  .
