    When I log on I get a dialogue box come up saying "stop buying Gibson guitars and sending them back you tit". More of a monologue actually.

    I must say Thomann is not the most user friendly website, I found myself spending 10-20% more buying instruments at other shops just to avoid using Thomann's website, unfortunately for me they are the only people in Europe who stock the sax reeds I like to use so I'm forced to use them every so often, though I am actively hunting for a different brand of reed that I like as much or hopefully more than the current brand and model I use.

    Yeah, they send you a UPS label and you just need to go to the UPS website and book a collection.
