Help with modded esquire wiring

Basically I want to use a 3 way switch

bridge position = volume and tone pot with 223k cap 

middle postion = volume and cocked wah tone eldred mod?

neck position = killswitch/off

the closest diagrams ive found are below, what changes do i need to make as the switches look different,

Use the first diagram which has everything you need, just in a different order.

Reorder the switch positions by swapping the orange and Eldred cap wires at the switch.
