I believe they were going for a "global release" on October 2.

I already got the CD. It's better than the first album I reckon.

The only thing that would make it better is having the song "Criminal" which was a bonus track on the Japanese release of the first album, as a bonus track or part of the main album because that track is sweet.

It's the best thing Portnoy has done since Dream Theater. Definitely.

I think I prefer the first but I will persevere and end up loving it no doubt.... Have you checked out Flying colours? Another great super band... First album is terrific too.....

I bought their first album when it came out - shreddy but soulful at the same time. Kotzen's got a good voice on him. Haven't heard their newest stuff yet but will have to check it out.

Heard one track off the new album and its pretty good. I'd heard a few off the first and they didn't work for me at all. Based on the one track this is straightforward rock with smart arse solos, much better than the suprisingly rather AOR stuff on the first.

His previous stuff has been amazing but Winery Dogs isn't doing it for me.

A trio of insanely talented and skilful musicians who have put absolutely no time and effort into making these two records...or at least that's how it sounds to me. Hey Billy, wanna do an album? Yeah sure, why not...got any songs? No, we'll play..something. 

The same goes for Flying Colors, or any of the many Portnoy's side projects. The guy's a machine, but I've lost ineterest...
