And finally the one with the "late 70s modified vibe"  like it was a 70s P90 loaded guitar and had a double cream Distortion humbucker put in the bridge as if it's about to join the whole NWOBHM movement

Again this will be £3599 with SKB case and features a nice chevron inlay design we designed for another V we made a number of years ago 



The grain lines have really been highlighted by the tinted lacquer

Just realised I haven't shown off the sparkly Lion Special HSS 

A swamp ash body and maple neck lurk under the paint

Pickups are a BKP cold Sweat and a pair of Oil City Stonetones with Alnico 3 magnets

Switching is via the Freeway 6 way toggle and we have reversed the positions of volume and tone which makes the volume easier to get to when the bar is in

With a 25.5" scale, Floyd Rose, and the HSS configuration , it's a bit like a superstrat shoe-horned into an LP shape


A gun metal metallic finish graces the back


It's quite sparkly  - a real head-turner

Another fun project of late has been what has been nicknamed "the surf-strats" as they feature an odd yet satisfying pickup combination.... an Oil City "hardman" tele bridge and a pair of Oil City would "hardman" Jaguar pickups. A nice sonic alternative to a regular strat.

There are 2 of them (we have yet to choose colours -we are going solid colours, so what do you suggest?)

All access neck joints
Roasted maple necks - will be oil finished on the back
Fatcat Double Whammy bridge (narrow spaced and with Highwood saddles)
Height adjustable post Gotoh tuners

We had fun tracking down some WHITE fibreboard so Ash could make the bridge pickup bobbins

I'm not sure we actually showed off the Bluescat models we made in 2024. I must have been slacking in my social media duties .
We did two all mahogany ones (one sold right away ) and two with maple fronts

Each pair had a P90 version with BKP Nantuckets and a Humbucker version with BKP Mules

Here are the maple ones 

And here is the mahogany one we still have - oil finished and very tasteful 

The green one looks as good from the back as it does from the front
