Spring is on its way, so it's time to dust off that cricket jumper and drape it casually over your shoulders as padding for your guitar strap. The verse progression of the song "Love Plus One" is F and C, with a simple strum on the chord when it changes. The first chord caught my ear, it's
Fmaj7/C: x33210
It's a very sweet, almost saccharine-sounding chord, but there's an underlying tension in that 3 of the 5 notes x3xx10 anticipate the C chord x32010 it's going to resolve to, so there's a slight lurching effect as the chord shifts internally while on static external tramlines.
You can hear the chord clearly the second time it is played, at 0:43 in this video.
