Very good. Hes only a teenager but hes a great guitarist and has a good voice. Its produced by Warren Haynes, who has a guest appearance, as does Derek Trucks. The band has a r&b type rhythm section (think the Bar Kays / Motown) combined with some Allmanish guitar parts. Some songs are stronger than others but its a really impressive debut. Recommended.

Playing Shoreditch Blues on the 26th of October.

Anyway, if I could get a link to work it would be Painkiller by Megan Henwood. Excellent young folk singer who I saw the other night. That particular song as it's the only song I know about a physiotherapist ( it's about Megan's uncle who is a physiotherapist and apparently a published author on the subject) and I thought it might be of interest to @Grunfeld ( who is one, I think?).

Anyway, very good she was, very confident finger picking, sweet voice and some nicely written songs. You'll have to find your own YouTube clips.

To be honest, I never really knew it existed (being a Gilmour freak) but having read the back story and found time to really listen to it, it is amazing. Obviously a lot like the wall but also the melancholy of The Final Cut is evident throughout................love it.
