seen the interviews in latest issues of Guitar Mags and thought why not give it a go - Eric Gales Middle of the road - thumbs up from me - is it new, revolutionary, different or fresh ? - No - is it good ? - IMO yes - Funky riffs - blues orientated but less about solos and Texas riffs - great chops - good songs with a rhythmic groove about them - one track has reggae orientated chops - A refreshing change to endless solos - song and rhythm are first here
Some albums need to be played a few times to get into them - to me this was instant like

@axisus Actually, he's right-handed. He just learned from a brother who played "upside down" (AKA Albert King-style) and was so young he didn't think it was odd.
