Ah yes. I always wonder if their prices are to be understood as a basis for brutal haggling. But since the one intimidating visit I told you about I've still never been back, so never found out. Maybe people just pay their prices in full? I dunno. They certainly don't miss a trick on pricing. When I bought my new guitar (from a competitor), they took only a couple of days to bump their price for the same model (in their stock) from 135% of what I'd paid to 152%. Lower supply, rite?
At least that "relic" guitar seems to actually be really "new" at that price, i.e. they are offering the full guarantee!
Surely for €2.25k there's a good choice of second-hand Fender CS Strats that will be at least as good as that ESP and will hold resale value much better?
