Yes. There are three tracks in the Beatles catalogue (excluding a few bits on the Anthology albums) that have anyone else- Dear Prudence and Back In The USSR were recorded after Ringo quit the band during the White Album sessions, and The Ballad of John and Yoko was recorded while Ringo was filming The Magic Christian. Everything else is Ringo.
Apparently (I think I read this in Revolution In The Head, which is a brilliant book if you like the Beatles) RIngo was the guy who never blew a take by making a mistake- always kept up with arrangement changes while they were working on songs in the studio, never played at the wrong tempo, even in odd time signatures and in unusual rhythms.
Oh, and the "not even the best drummer in the Beatles" thing was a Jasper Carrott joke. Very Lennonesque in tone, but he never actually said it.
