Answers to Questions:

> It's a Late 50s Neck Profile in keeping with the '58 Theme
> Packs all the wallop of a normal Les Paul Standard, as it's only 0.5lb lighter
> The Pickups are indeed the same as the £2K+ Models and Low-Med Output
> I use a 10-46 Regular String Gauge on a Low Action (normally Dean Markley Signatures)
> I'm deciding between keeping x2 P90 SGs, or keeping the '77 and buying a Jap Strat

Others:

> Non-smoking household
> Feedback available upon request

Serious alternative to a Gibson R8...

Just beautiful. Seventy Seven are unjustly overlooked/unknown. I have the 335-alike Ex Rubato and it's a staggeringly good guitar. If I hadn't recently bought an FGN Les Paul style I'd have had this straight off you. That really is a *very* good price for this guitar. GLWTS ;-)

Thanks Teye - I'm going to withdraw this for December, but just wanted to wait until payday. I still think it's a better deal than anything I've seen during Black Friday.

Plenty of interest but no solid buyer, so this one's going back in the wardrobe.

*WITHDRAWN*

Looks to be £400 cheaper than a 2nd hand Les Paul Standard from Gibson USA's Production Line.

Not a lot else to say...Bolt-On equivalent is the Momose Branch, who have always been held in high regard.
