I also have the "Best of Steely Dan" transcribed scores, buried in a cupboard somewhere. These are whole band charts not just the guitar. I can't remember why now but I ended up using the Guitar Anthology one in preference.
There's a guy called Howard who has a site of online Steely Dan transcriptions.

They are accurate and include some material not readily available elsewhere, eg Denny Dias's stunning solo on Your Gold Teeth II.
Not a book per se but Tom Quayle made a very good Lick Library DVD with some great backing tracks, playing and tuition for several of the big SD tracks
