Like most of us old timers I have lots of used Mullards, Brimars, Mazdas etc. But everyone wants NOS stuff which are a rarity theses days
I could buy these for a florin or half a crown at most in the 60s.
I'd expect a double album from them at that cost at the very least....

He says that, for his touring amps at least, he uses new production valves. JJ's IIRC. Gives him consistent performance when he wears them out and has to replace them. Same with speakers I think.
