The You Can Call Me Al one was shit. Which is odd, because Groove Armada are usually pretty decent.
I quite like the Boy In The Bubble one.
I do normally like a lot of this sort of thing, they're often interestingly different takes on the songs. Don't think I would buy this album though... it probably doesn't work as a complete package. It's better when it's a lot of songs by different original artists done by the same remixer, rather than the other way round.
"Take these three items, some WD-40, a vise grip, and a roll of duct tape. Any man worth his salt can fix almost any problem with this stuff alone." - Walt Kowalski
"Only two things are infinite - the universe, and human stupidity. And I'm not sure about the universe." - Albert Einstein
I said maybe.....
I'm not a fan so I'm not really bothered, but from the sounds of it not many existing fans will want to buy it and non-fans definitely won't.
Why isn't it being released as a 2-disc set with the original album, so anyone who was toying with buying that can get the remixes as a bonus?
(Or have they already done a Deluxe Edition?)
Ohh my goodness.. Your warning wasn't harsh enough... Just terrible... Love the original album, still listen to it sometimes.
Who is it aimed at. Drugged up clubbers who cant tell the difference between one song and the next as they are so off their tits and they all sound the same anyway...

Don't think I can stand the remixes tbh!
