Looking for a not too expensive Strat to see how I get on with one....
Can be a MIM or USA
Nitro finish
9.5 radius
Rosewood board
I kinda like the look of the vintage small button tuners too....

The new American Original is nitro finish and 9.5" radius. The 60's version has rosewood board. Seems to tick all your boxes depending on how you define not too expensive and whether it is within your budget.
Why don't you want 7.25" radius? Is that from actual personal experience, or just internet perceived wisdom? I really like 7.25".
You have more options to choose from if you look at 7.25" radius. You have all the AVRIs over the years, which would be good value second hand.
If you like totally unrealistic relicing there is the roadworn series.
There is the also nitro finished lacquer Strat:

The latest version of that has a Pau Ferro board because of CITES, but I doubt you would be able to tell the difference in blindfold test.
This ^^^
It has a horrible 70's headstock (unless it's one of the really early ones).
