  • Just added "holiday Road" as my 3rd choice. It was that or Welcome to the Jungle (damn, they're both great songs)

Okay, I've bounced these ideas around for long enough now.  I don't know how doable or popular these might be so I'm not going to be bothered if none of them make the cut

    Status - Paid
Experience - occasional gigger, regularly play with others (i.e. my band)

    Songs
Waiting for an Alibi - Thin Lizzy -  Lead guitar (would obviously need someone to help out with the harmony parts)
    https://open.spotify.com/track/1J6ndsUVlMe2CmAnA9tS4D?si=tukPMxGyR3u3niiwXP1wGA

Kickstart My Heart - Motley Crue - Lead guitar
    https://open.spotify.com/track/7GonnnalI2s19OCQO1J7Tf?si=ARlbj1GCTAGsbIFxhC1e5A

L'il Devil - The Cult - Lead Guitar
    https://open.spotify.com/track/2eCMo4mGYHqa9KbIZH2UJZ?si=3hVsfANySmipfCSpKFCrJA

Afraid I don't/can't sing so I'm afraid any support duties I can provide will be limited to guitar but happy to help out where needed.

my +1s: Remedy, I Won't Back Down, Live Wire, Hey Joe, L'il Devil.

I'd like a go at the solo for L'il Devil too (I did the backing at HuddStock1) but I don't care if it's not in the studio for recording, in a jam room is fine.

    Paid

    Role: Player Support
    Experience : Lots

Pink Floyd - Time - Album Version. Lead guitar.

Lynard Skynard - Freebird - Album Version. Slide and Lead Guitar.

**Iron Maiden - Iron Maiden - live version (Rock in Rio). Lead / Rythm guitar.

**This needs someone as mental as me to play as a two-guitar part throughout and there's still room for a rhythm only guitar.
Maiden use 3 guitars so it's entirely possible and not that difficult but it needs some real prep to make it work.**
i'll join u on time if u want. if your doing lead, i can do the other part and sing (which is what i do when we gig it, so know that like back of me hand like)

I'd better get my songs down before I miss the deadline!

    Paid.  Irregular gigger.  Sometime cameraman.

Learn To Fly - Foo Fighters.  The next Boulevard.  Could accommodate three guitars.  If possible I'll do lead and sing.  Still room for another two guitars.  You don't have to have a 335 or a Shiflett tele.  But it helps

I Think We're Alone Now - cheeky one in the vein of Danger Zone.  The cover challenge means maybe some will already know it?

Hmm, not so sure about final choice.  Maybe something easy like Sultans Of Swing? :)

I’d be up or playing on any of those @Modellista

    Great suggestions.

Better get my suggestions in ...
Paid , ex regular gigger (guitar/bass/harmony vox)

Jumpin’ Jack Flash - Rolling Stones original recorded version (I’d play a rhythm guitar)

Day Tripper - The Beatles - Original recorded version (rhythm guitar)

Stuck in the middle with you - Stealers wheel (acoustic guitar/backing vox)

to to be honest I’m not fussed about any of my suggestions, it’s just I was trying to think of songs that could feature 2 or 3 guitars and would go down well at Outlane BC .
