Afternoon all,
I would guess I'm not alone in this, but all of my guitars have names:-
Antoria Cherry Red Strat is called "Old Red" because it's old and its red - a nod to Neil Youngs Les Paul
Vintage SG copy is called "Angus" because it's Angus Youngs guitar (although not a Gibson)
Old nylon string acoustic is called "Juan Carlos" because it's Spanish.
I've just bought a Takamine G-Series cutaway semi acoustic, but I'm struggling to come up with a name for it at the moment, any sensible ideas you may come up with will be greatly appreciated.

If you have a favourite acoustic player maybe name it after them? Or maybe after the colour of the guitar? e.g Cherry if its a red-ish colour.
The G Man
Gordon
Trevor
You could name it Darwin.
That's the name of the guinea pig in the film G-Force.
G-force, G-Series....tenuous link.
Then write a post about how your "Luthier" got "Sheila" to "play like butter".
Then you have all my 3 most disliked guitar related sayings in one sentence.
Sorry, I'm in a grumpy mood today
or ref G series - The Big G
I bought it used and it has B.O.B stenciled on the case.
Seriously: If you value it, take/fetch it yourself
