Getting my restored mandolin back this week

I am hopefully getting my Bowl back back..a £50 Cash Converter  Angara & DIsanto Allievi di Vinaccia
it is highly ornate with real tortoise shell which surrounds the neck , headstock, and   fretboard and 31
ribs crafted from maple. The only problem was the tuners which were irrepairable due to corrosion
and have been replaced with some different ones ,I will keep an eye out for an identical set but
I don't see them coming up soon as they are the fully enclosed type.A simular ornate model sold
for over £220 yesterday but I won't be selling it as it's a piece of History and I want to learn to play!..
Will post some pics when I get chance.

Most disappointingly it's really had a little more than  tortoiseshell glued back and some strings
put on.. a waste of £50.The tuners havn't been touched as I photographed it in great detail and
to top it all this has taken him since June!...

Screws  directions on heads are in identcal posiions they havn't been touched .
He mentioned he had filed the frets down but there is no evidence of that as
there are string lines on the frets. All he has done is  glued the floating bridge on
restrung it and glued the tortoishell on the back back on which wouldn't
have taken long.Initially he said he would replace the inlay on the edging on the top
threw in a mandolin case and I would have a working instrument . The instrument
is barely playable as the action is miles too high so the intonation is a mile out.
