I use them a lot, including in the studio.

Or is £150 too much too?

You can get ok wired headphones for that (DT770's).
But wired/wireless under a ton will be tricky.

Cheap as chips
The OP is talking about the latter.
The former is often less flexible because usually you cannot pair the headphones with another transmitter, although in some instances you can do that too.

I can understand spending a lot of money for Bluetooth wireless at high quality in a studio - headphone wires are a pain when you're working and get in the way. I've got a pair of wired B&Ws and they're fantastic to listen to. If the wireless versions sound just as good, then I'm jealous!
Spending a bit less on a high quality pair of phones which then get sent poor quality data because your Bluetooth transmission software takes out the high quality information seems pointless. If this is just for listening to music on the move, you'll get more for your money by sticking with wires, surely?
Unsurprisingly they're not as nice as the B&Ws, Bose or top-end Sonys, but they're a fifth of the price.
