Great album. My daughter was born to that album. She’s 18 now. Loves it.

Basically, most Post Britpop Guitar music (I know Dido ain't that) until the Arctic Monkeys came out.
Edgar Froese
Thomas Blug
Tommy Emmanuel
and despite not being guitar based, I might also suggest Thomas Fanger & Mario Schönwälder
For almost every night since the mid eighties, I have listened to a couple of albums by Brian Eno and Harold Budd, these being Ambient 2: The Plateaux of Mirror and The Pearl. They are mostly piano based, with Eno's trademark effect treatments. Both are beautiful albums and I find them invaluable for winding down, ready for sleep.
I said maybe.....
Anathema - Falling Deeper
Steve Rothery - Ghosts of Pripyat
The Gathering - How to Measure a Planet
Really enjoyed listening to those Harold Budd/Eno collaborations @lasermonkey , I like this Harold Budd & Robin Guthrie looped track as well.
