Prompted by hootsmon's WTB for a guitar book, I found that I've got dozens to sell. No longer refer to them, so it's better they were entertaining someone else rather than sitting on my shelf. All are in good condition except where noted, and range from £5 - £80. Most can ship by Second Class small parcel at £3.
As mentioned below, these books are now being sold at half their advertised price, with all proceeds to the forum. So if you're feeling vaguely guilty about using a great resource, but want something to show for your donation, buy a book. Everyone wins!

This is a monster book - 800 pages comprising a used price guide of just about every guitar ever sold in the USA (as of 1999) including huge numbers of minor variants you've never heard about, weird and wonderful '70s boutique brands. Note that the plastic covering on the cover is shrinking from the edges, as shown in the photo.

1993, 191pp, 310x195mm, hardback. Full colour 'guitar porn' photography of Nielsen's guitar collection. Not just those ESP explorer-style guitars, but vintage stuff, too, including Bursts (7!), Juniors, Strats, Firebirds, etc. This is super-rare, intended to be the first in a whole series of high-quality photo books of big collections, but I think the project ran out of money.
