What's Hot
Beautiful, aged guitar for sale here. Cimar was an old, old Ibanez label and this 660 BS was made in Japan about 40 years ago. I got it in a guitar shop in Bologna about 5 years ago and, sadly, need to move it on as I'm downsizing.
It sounds amazingly pretty and resonant and overall it's aged extremely well. It sounds _particularly_ good when fingerpicking. It's got some wear, given the age, but it's in really great condition. Plays great.
Potential buyers are welcome to come by the house and try it out. Comes with a padded gigbag.
£190 Based in Cambridge.

Obvious giveaways for Cheepnis might include dogbreath tuning machines, a headstock decal rather than an inlay and as few fingerboard inlays as they thought they could get away with. (My budget Martin USA acoustic guitar is guilty of the latter.)
Er, I'm lost... (dogbreath??).
Many Japanese and Korean guitars are blighted with tuners with removable, lozenge-shape gear covers, fastened by two screws per cover. These tuners are notoriously unreliable - even when brand spanking new. Manufacturing using such parts is a way to keep to a retail price point.
Way below its actual value...
