Dakar 2019 - anyone following it?

Day 2 and I've been watching lots of clips of bikes/cars/quads/trucks going over sand dunes in slow motion on Redbull TV and the Dakar webiste/App.

Anyone else following it?

I always fancied the Plymouth dakar Junk car rally, I'm getting a bit long in the tooth now and would miss the home comforts. But the challenge does appeal.

Still loving it.

The footage of the bikers riding along the beach on the last couple of stages makes me (almost) want to get a motorbike.
