    As mentioned previously, internal flights can be expensive. However, you may be able to include a stop-over on your trans-Atlantic flight which little or no extra cost, meaning you could touchdown somewhere for a few days before carrying on out west. Enjoy Canada - I hit Vancouver twice a year for a couple of weeks with work and always enjoy the fact that the city is so much fun, yet nature in all it's beauty is right on the doorstep.
