SOLD
1995 Gibson Les Paul Custom
Built in the good wood era of the nineties
2-piece Maple cap/mahogany Body
Mahogany neck not quite a 60s or 50s neck profile but on the slimmer end towards a 60s type.
Ebony fretboard
All pickups and electrics original
Finished in Wine Red
Grovers were changed out for a set of Gotoh machine heads - before my ownership.
Condition: Finish has some signs of crazing, some dents on front and rear.
Right hand tip of headstock has had a knock at some point with a small section of binding missing with a paint chip.
Finish wear on the back of the neck around the 5th fret.
Lacquer has started to yellow on the binding.
Gold hardware finish has worn in places.
Frets are good with some life left.
No headstock/neck breaks or repair.
Will require a setup and I’m inept at trying to setup guitars also.
Also comes with a Hardcase that is well used.
Great guitar with plenty of mojo - by no means is it immaculate but in good condition.

Unfortunately I favor chunky necks so this sits being neglected.
It’s so difficult to gauge a price on used things these days.
