And Interstate Love Song still sounds fresh.

God! I love this track.

Coincidentally I was watching this earlier today. Been wrapping my hand around that scrunchy diminished B chord thing. The drums and bass sound fat af

Fantastic song. I saw it as the 'Plush' of that album. What a band.

Stone Temple Pilots are the band that pretty much started my obsession with music.

I saw 'The Crow' aged 12 or 13 in 1995 or so around, the track 'Big Empty' blew my mind and told a friend of mine who went on lend me a tape with Purple on one side & Gish on the other.

Strange to consider those albums as classics with over 20 years distance, but at the time they were just albums.  It was a great time for music.

After a brief dalliance with Iron Maiden at 8 years old and some Metallica dalliances too, I pretty much grew up on the bands of that era - Soundgarden, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, and then Stone Temple Pilots, Alice in Chains etc as things went on. It was a great time to grow up in.

Listened to Core last night at the gym. Great album!

I can't help about the shape I'm in, I can't sing I ain't pretty and my legs are thin

But don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to

  • Tiny music.... is a cracking album. The last Weiland self titled album wasn´t great though.
Anyone like the Talk Show album? Check out Army of Anyone too, which had both deLeos. Cracking album.

  • I’ve always liked a few of their songs. Dean DeLeo is a great player - very much his own player, with those riffs and that tone...

I loved Core but I haven't heard it for over 20 years. I bought it on cassette and I wore it out!

I've been thinking of buying a CD for years but there is so much new music that I never get around to it.
