As the title says.

The one that springs to mind for me is the Gibson 1960 LP Classic which is lovely apart from those near florescent green fret markers, which ruin it for me...

    Strats with a humbucker.

Any Fender copy with the 'wrong' headstock shape.

The Burns Steer was ruined by the fact that it existed.

Ibanez Floral JEM and the Monkey Grip.

It’s fine on the original dayglo JEMs, but doesn’t suit the Florals at all.

The ‘leaf’ thing on the new PIA model would have been OK... but they ruined that too with the unnecessary 3D sculpting.

  • Superficially...
Cheap, nasty old school ESP and LTD headstock logos in A-Team font
Anything with a caramelised or baked maple neck
The natural quilted maple finish on my old MM super sport, ugtastic

    More playing related;
I had a Japanese EVH Wolfgang with hardtail bridge, beautiful guitar but ruined by 2 things...
    1. Weird frets, whatever way they put them in you can feel every fret with your thumb. Ive seen pics of others and they seem to be fretted the same way
    2. The saddles were incredibly sharp and uncomfortable for resting picking hand on

No mention for bird inlays yet? Allow me...

    Bird Inlays.

Even worse when paired with quilt and or gold hardware.

Strats. Great looking guitars; volume knob couldn't be more in the way
Too much gain... is just about enough \m/
