    The Les Paul Modern doesn’t have Jumbo fretwire. All it’s competitors do. Complete stupidity there.

    A painted headstock on a Fender guitar is a dealbreaker for me. Bound necks are also a personal no-no.

    PRS and bird inlay and trem. The S2 series with dot inlay is almost right but they don’t do a standard 22 in hardtail, without pickguard.

    Fender did it on purpose to deter owners from fiddling with it and causing warranty problems.
