Or you could look at Gotoh, their stuff is usually bang on.

It makes a perfect job and is foolproof to use.
Even if you use a normal reamer or drill, always go from the back of the headstock, and only deep enough to take the tuner body - *not* from the front or all the way through. The threaded collar will go through the original hole.
