Interface is in excellent condition. Comes with box and cable. No software included (ie. you won't get Ableton Live Lite or anything else with it) but there is a caveat emptor. There is the option of transferring NI hardware to a new user. Whether that includes the free software with the interface, I am unsure. It definitely won't include Live Lite. 

So let's sell this as an excellent condition NI interface with box and cable and quite probably the free software the comes with it minus Live Lite dissapointed
