I doubt it had much contact with the owner who was a very International Businessman so it's probably not especially attached
Pairs of them come to the trees around the block of flats where I live looking for food.
It seems that they have managed to cope with winters and are thriving.
I wanted to get a bird feeder from B&Q, or Robert Dyas, to help the poor blighters, but then we entered a lockdown.

A carrot.
Bloody noisy things , a friend has about 200 of them living in a tree in his front garden in NWII
they have been culling them starting last year because they are damaging indigenous species

You could also speak to a local vet, they may know someone who has parrots.
Cause the Parrots eat em all
boom boom.
If you don't want to take it in yourself then be very weary of selling it cheap to find it a home, it will only end up with the wrong type of person.
I'd be tempted to find a rescue or similar locally
