The Tourbox is ready to go. A huge thank you to everybody who is taking part.
As the first person to receive these, I just wanted to give you my feedback.......THEY ARE AWESOME !!
Firstly the build quality is exceptional, and they are much lighter than i expected, the Tourbox is a piece of art, as sa fellow fretboard member posted before its like Willy Wonkas Tourbox, the whole thing has been put together with such detail and care, it has massively impressed me, even the cardboard box it has been put in has been designed to make life easy for us to send on to the next person, you will see what I mean when you get it.
So pedal wise here it goes.
Smoothflow - Probably not the one i was expecting to end up buying, its listed as a boost and has two stages, now it actually goes from a light boost to full on gain, and even gets fuzzy, when in the specs it says it goes to gated destruction it is totally true, I ended up buying this one, I think it will suit our band well.
Wireless - This is similar to the circuit they made for me in the old camera box and what started this journey, but its more refined and has more options, its essentially a Tonebender style fuzz, and it sounds really good, I noodled away for ages on this and played all the early Led Zep riffs i know. It is a Germanium fuzz, and can be smooth or gated and extreme, but in a very vintage way, i think a lot of you will really like this one.
The Fuzz Controller - Bad Penny describe this as an ear perforating high gain silicon fuzz, its just what i needed for my board so i used the discount and ordered it, cost £120.98 including postage, and is a thing of wonder. I have not been to band rehearsals for sometime due to everything that has happened in 2020 and literally can not wait to fire this up through my Orange amp. I like both silicon and germanium fuzz and this will but nicely besides the Reeves Electro pedal and Tatefx Fuzz face i have on my board.
Widow - I believe this is a Tubescreamer type circuit into a fuzz. Its monstrous lots of low end, I instantly wanted to play Sabbath riffs and doomy stuff, and maybe a bit of stooges. Its a duel footswitch pedal and its very versatile, I know if I bought this my drummer would not stop smiling but I can not afford them all, its on my list though. I really like the Evil switch i do not think I took it off the entire time.
Littlebox - This is a special pedal made for this website, https://funnylittleboxes.co.uk/collections/bad-penny-fx/products/bad-penny-fx-little-box
It is a lot smaller than the others, and is again built really well, the sustain is amazing and it is killer on the bass, has some great low end, and is a high gain silicon fuzz. I do not thing there are that many of this one due to it being a limited edition for that great website, which is a shame as it is really very good.

Ok on to the Tourbox .......
Below is the list of people on the Bad Penny Tourbox and is also the order they will go in. (if you do not see your name, please pm me and i will add you) There are 18 !!!! of us. So quite a lot to detail to collate, and i have built a spreadsheet with all the names and details.
As previously stated in the rules, once you received these you have one week to try and then send onto the next person on the list, please send all tracking details to myself please, and make sure the pedals are insured for at least £100.
All Bad Penny asks is that you post a review on here of what you think of the pedals, feel free to put them on Instagram, facebook or youtube as well, they have also put in a 20% discount code for us, so if you do want to buy one its a huge saving.
Once you have received the pedal then please PM me, and i will give you the address of the next person, this is in case anything happens and any one can not be on the list anymore and i can substitute for the next person. If for whatever reason you can not post after the weeks up please let me know.
I will be sending the Tourbox to the first person this week.
Any questions at all please ask.

Love the look of your pedals, by the way, and a Rory reference as your company name rocks!
This is Felix of Badpennyfx. No idea how to suee this forum yet, not sure how to directly reply and I've managed to select bold text and can't unselecet! Anyway, glad to hear you dig the looks of our pedals, if you haven't had a play with them yet I'm sure you'll like their sounds also!
Hey look I turned off bold text. Winning.
Here to say a big thank you for all signing up to our tourbox and glad to see some early positive reviews from Pete and goliath studios! We were very excited sending our little monsters out into the world for you to play with and can't wait to hear your experiences after spending some quality time with them! If you've drawn penises in the notebook we provided, we are both disappointed in you, but we know it is hard to resist. It warms our cockles knowing people are enjoying our work! That's the kind of job satisfaction we love.
Will be checking in again here soon, all the best,
Felix & Mark

Pedals look incredible and if I hadn't downsized to a smaller boards I'd have been all over these.
Been uploading old tracks I recorded ages ago and hopefully some new noodles here.
In the not too distant future looking for a compact boost with an ability to ever so slightly tone shape depending on my guitar. A mini Bad Bob/ Jack Orman boost with switchable treble/mid/full range boost and top jacks would be the dream but anything that could do a similar job would be ace.
Make one of these and I will make you a lovely video for it.
Would rather buy local in this climate rather than my normal 'get Pickdropper FX to build me one' solution.

I had a good time giving all the pedals a try. The gear used was a Gibson SG Special with stock pickups into a Mesa MKV:25 on clean.
My favourites were the Littlebox and the Fuzz Controller, with probably the former being my preferred one out of the two there. It has a wide range of gain and can even do a very pleasing overdrive sound. When flicking up the bass cut (which I assume comes before the gain stage, given the effect it has) turns it into kind of blown speaker splatty fuzz which is lots of fun. Would be really cool if the toggle could be a footswitch on like a "deluxe version" or something as its almost like having two pedals in one.
All the pedals sounded good from the time I spent with them and look very striking. You can tell they have really been made with care by people that love their craft and the wooden enclosure is pretty unique.
If I had to critisise it would be over the pedal enclosure size. Obviously this is not a inherent problem with the pedals but rather personal taste.
I run a small board with just 4 effects on believe or not, so space is at a premium. I would say the width of a standard BPFX is about the same as two standard Boss pedals side by side.
Most of the pedals have plenty of pots and toggle switches which, if youre like me, can lead to option paralysis a little bit. Again, this is more of an issue with me as a person, not with the pedals themselves and would go some way to explain why I like the Littlebox one the most out of the lot!
TBH, you cant really go far wrong with any of them and im looking forward to seeing other peoples thoughts, and a big thanks to everyone involved in the organising of this, its been great!

Cheers for taking the time with them, the kind words and the criticisms, it's all really valuable to us.

All of the pedals were great. I didn't manage to get a video using the Wireless unfortunately but is what it is. I'll post links to the others when I publish them.
Cheers
Welp, that's me just ordered a Wireless as an early Christmas present! It seemed mental not to take advantage of the discounts they're offering just now.
