If you want something challenging then the section of Freebird around the 22nd fret (e-string fretted, bending b-string repeatedly), that whole solo is great for bends and pentatonic techniques too.
One trick is to to pick a static note on the G string, say the octave, then think of My Way by Sinatra and starting from that note use the B string to bend the 5th up to the 6th and then increase the bend on the B string for as much as you can get through the first verse. I get up to the final curtain bending form the 5 up to all the other notes then it gets impossible.
It's got a variety of bends - stop, return, unison - but it is pretty simple and nice and slow.
