"8E" is, indeed, an export run. I'm not sure when that run was done for the Bassman. The printed "6G6A" tube charts ran from January through May, 1962, though it's possible a few leftovers were used in November, 1962.
The 606-213 chokes were used between March and May, 1962.
The 68249 is an export transformer, also used in the Super and Showman. Found between October, 1961 and May, 1962, give or take a few months.
No yellow Astron coupling caps places it later than January, 1962.
The front panel only reads "Design & Circuit Patent Pending", which only appears to have been used in May, 1962. All other 6G6As have either an A10 or M-1 number on the front panel. All of the 6G6A rear panels have an M-2 part number, except the export panels, which don't have a number.
So from all the available clues, this one came from April or May, 1962. I've yet to log any Bassman builds from April, so it's very possible that only a short export run was done in that month.
Oh, and all of the amps with printed 6G6A charts were 4 ohms.
