In great condition and working fine, was serviced and bias’d before I bought it a few years ago, hardly any use since. 
Very light for a valve amp so easy on the back when lugging it around ( such an old man statement to make lol ) 
Tweed is still good condition as is the grill material.  Made in the USA sometime in the 1990’s , as the new ones are made in Mexico.
