OK peeps here is the deal!
In future (FB#5) I will release the new challenge after the voting opens, rather than when the voting closes as it is at the moment (thus giving you extra time to practice and write stuff). I will however aim to release FB#4 a little bit earlier than when voting closes, hopefully early next week (this week is very busy for me).
FB4 will be involve writing a piece of music for an exciting scene from a very famous movie. The original version of the scene you are to write music for has an orchestral score / film music. You basically need to interpret what is going on in the scene via music (there is no right or worng way of composing music to this challenge) if you think its funny, do something funny, likewise if you think its scary write something scary etc etc.
When the competition is announced I shall link (through private YouTube vid) to a copy of the scene with the original audio and a copy of the scene without audio.
For those of you wondering, the copyright for the film in question has expired due to failure of the owners to submit an extension (a while ago) it is now officially in the public domain and can be uploaded in its entirety on sites such as YouTube.
FB#4 COMING SOON!
