Im into a lot of different music, my current record collection stands at around 1000+ although I will be trimming off most of my rap and hip hop soon enough. I used to go to the record stores around here 3 times a week, usually picking up jazz, funk and soul.
After delving pretty deep into a search for more obscure music I ended up with a fair bit of Soviet/Russian, Japanese, Chinese and Thai stuff, from there I ended up getting into the murky and weird/wonderful world of library music and Italian and French soundtracks from the 70's. It hasn't really stopped but I have been on a hiatus for a year or so and haven't been for a dig in months.
I was wondering if there's any fellow diggers on here that might wan't to put me on to some funky grooving psyched out obscure music that may have come to light over the past year.
I am about to head on over to Mr. Bongo to check what reissues have been released recently but as I am completely out of touch with music if anyone would like to contribute and link some music in a similar vein that would be great.
