Never shop for one by price, only quality. If you're lucky you may find someone good who charges less, but it has to be that way round.

Feline refrets start from £240 per their website - definitely at the higher end but as the guys here have said its about the quality of work and with all these recommendations they must be good.
I don't know where you're based but another one I'd recommend is Tom Marten (Denmark Street, London). http://www.timmartenrepairs.co.uk/price-guide/ Costs for Les Paul bound finger board with enclosed fret ends £200.00. Tom refretted my 69 Strat and did an excellent job.
When it comes to fret work 99% is just as bad as 0% so its worth paying to make sure you get a 100% job, which based on my experience means any future refrets will be heading in the direction of Croydon...

Frets and picks are really important.
Apparently.
