Epic! My plan is to do a 5-7k run every two days or so. But I need to balance that with cycling into work, because I don't want to be completely knackered all the time, coz what happens is I start craving carbs and then end up putting weight on. Part of the reason I'm at 92kg now!

I'm usually very lazy when I'm off work, but I did 7 miles up the canal at lunchtime.

Depending on your commute you could do what I've started doing- I ride to work one day, lock the bike in a secure store run 8k home that night. Run 8k to work the next day and then ride home. 
With two small kids this is the only way I'm making my milage.

Speaking of milage, 375 +8 +7= 390k

4.2 miles last night. Nice chilled run showing some other runners the route for a relay race they are doing in May.  10 days to go for the first of my big races! eek!
