Q1: Where did you username come from? A long long time ago, my friend just suggested it as a name on a video arcade machine, and whelp it just stuck. It's my name on other music forums so I guess it helps when cross referencing with people.
Q2: Where in the world/country are you? I'm in the Midlands, very near Birmingham, UK.
Q3: What's your main musical ambition? Mostly to jam about with my friends and make weird sounds, hopefully on some sort of stage some day.
Q4: Your "best" bit of gear - just the one? Ugghhh too hard, although I have sentimental attachment to a pedalboard my grandad and inbuilt into a leather suitcase, it's also pretty nifty.
Q5: Your #1 ever track - again, just the one? Uggggggghhhhh even harder. Currently I'm jamming hard to Friends With Lofts by Netherfriends.
Q1: Where did your username come from?
Had no idea what to put. So what does one do when they are out of ideas for a name...ask the wife (don't judge me). It was catchy, even though I have yet to own a bonified Fender 'guitar', bass is another story.

Hi dudes, I'm Lee. I've been playing guitar for a looooong time (25 years or so). Grew up as a metal head, but I listen to all sorts of stuff now. Love practicing, talking about playing, learning new tricks, etc. Not much of a gear head (I don't really care about equipment). Look forward to shooting the breeze with you guys.

Musical tastes: pretty much 80% hard rock, going back to the late 60's, (GnR, Satriani, Led Zep, Rolling Stones, Beatles, Van Halen, Oasis, etc),with the remainder a bit of pop, classical, and 'other'.

I'm from South Wales but live in Leicestershire these days.
Musical ambition? Just writing and playing something memorable or meaningful I guess. I play in a good few bands usually as bassist and singer, some just covers and some just originals, and it gets me out about playing with some stunning players in some unforgettable, amazing situations, which is a good balance I find.
Best bit of gear? Well, probably my Fender P bass to be honest, as that's where I earn most of my keep, tho I do have a couple of strats, a Bernie Marsden PRS and a howling Epiphone Casino which I'm itching to gig.
Fave tune? As a musician - Peter Heycock's "Dr Brown I Presume", which I've been attempting to learn for about 20 years. As a regular human - The Communards "Don't Leave Me This Way," just cos it's so exciting, tho it no idea of its guitar/bass musical merits!
Anyway that's me. I'm also quite active on another forum called Basschat.co.uk, under the same user name etc, where I've bought far more gear then is strictly wise, but hey life's too short eh.
Look forward to getting to know you!
