Oh yes, and one of the infamous discounted R8s doing the heavy lifting.
Usually I amalgamate the best of a few takes but did this in one take because I wanted a video for the R8 thread.

My approach was mostly based around the chords, with specific notes I wanted to hit at the chord changes, and in particular trying to make the transition from an Emaj scale to Emin (and back again) sound natural. Not 100% I achieved it going in, coming out I'm a bit happier. The sound was the neck pickup on my GS, a simple clean tone through the amp, with some EQ and reverb in Reaper.
It's done in Premiere Pro, quite easy to import the footage and audio together. Tricky part is getting it synced, I just eyeball it until it looks right.
Hard part is playing it properly and not gurning too much!
I've experimented with video in Reaper, it can do simple video processing, and audio processing of course.
clapping seems to be the standard method from the few few videos I’ve watched on the subject. I think there’s an auto sync setting somewhere but I’m not familiar with Premier.
In fact I hate Premiere Pro a bit. Seems like the least intuitive software I can remember.
Added to the playlist. 5 entries so far.
I might have a go at that one month. This could be the start of a new trend.
