They can't be that bad right? I fancy trying one out but don't really want to pay too much. Let me know if you have one you'd part with cheap. Bonus points for nice condition.

They're just a bit, erm, nothing. I had one back in the day when I started out as an impressionable teenager and loved it, so a few years ago, following the constant ridicule of them on here and other places, I bought one s/h - I was going to either prove that it could generate greatness in the right hands, or I was going to laugh at its massive inadequacies. In reality it fell into neither camp and was just a meh pedal so I sold it without fanfare.

True story that. They should make it into a film.

I've got a Boss MT-2 for sale, just haven't advertised it yet. It's in excellent condition and boxed. £45 posted. These pedals are more flexible than their name implies as the EQ has quite a range.

The hardwire Metal is betterer. And I just happen to have one for sale on here....in excellent condish to. Doesn't sound as much like a cocked wah like the MT-2 can sometimes (like always) be guilty of. That's why I sold the MT-2 I had years ago after a very short ownership of it. I couldn't get rid of that huge irritation.

I've got a spare Metal Zone. The level knob is very slightly bent but everything works perfectly.

I can do it for £25 posted.

Sorry dude, but a bent knob rules this one out. Thanks for the offer though.

From experience bent pots on Boss pedals tend to be because one half of the pot shaft is bent and it's only so long until it snaps off completely.
