Almost didn't post this one....  Very cringily bad.  One take as usual (...and I think it shows)

Should I move this one to a fretboard collective task 3?  What you think?  Some are still adding jams to task 1.

I don't think we ever need to close old ones, but I think posting a new one every couple of weeks is a good idea which would suggest a collective mk3 in a few days.

I'm happy for you to decide but I suggest not slow blues or shuffley rock.

  • I'm with Monquixote on this. Mainly because I've discovered that I know nothing about slow blues after my performance on task one. LOL.  I should have listened to other peoples offerings before trying my own.

@Phil_aka_Pip great stuff!  Sounds like you had fun doing it as well.  Love the harmonies.

Expected Phil Lynott to rise up and and start singing at any second.

  • @daveww thanks ... tbh I found this one a bit difficult: in the first section with the riff I began to wonder if there was anything I could add to it, and in the second section I thought the riffs that I'd added were a bit predictable. The biggest problem was getting the timing right coming in after the drum bit and I think you can tell taht its not quite as tight as it should be.
