Everyone had a good experience when ordering from them? Seen something I need on there but never bought from them before

I've bought loads of drum stuff from them.

They are excellent- cheaper than most places, ship quickly and if you create an account you will get slightly cheaper prices on some items after a few orders.

I've used them too, got my cello there and some other bits. No problems at all.

Bought a few things over the years, no problem and they stock a few things exclusive to them. They used to do a lot of stuff for schools and I'm assuming they still do so they are a bit bigger than you might guess.

Many times, never had a problem... got my Helix there a few days ago.

They shafted me a bit on a warranty issue. I wasn't particularly impressed. Mind you it was 5 years ago.

A few things as They are Swiss vat registered so it's cheaper for me than other British shops. No issues.

Please don't tell me they were waiting for someone (me) to buy the last Helix they had in stock before releasing the 'discontinued' thing into the wild.

it may just look like a big online box shifter (which it is) but the staff are all great musicians and the ones I know personally are all really top guys who love music and gear.

Bought many things from them, not always the cheapest but top quality service.

They also deliver to local collection points which is great when there's no one home, or there is someone home but you'd rather they didn't sign off the parcel for you...
