    That is so true; my H&K Puretone took forever to sell at a pittance, and this fab piece seems to be experienced similar difficulties (I won't dwell on why my Silverface Bandmaster Reverb is also-currently-being dissed...).  The reality is that a middling quality guitar is elevated through a great amp-but this principle doesn't work in reverse.  Amps in even the top price ranges are remarkable value when considered against guitars...
